Patrick Sweetman is former head of the Commercial Property Department at Matheson. He is a longstanding member of the Conveyancing Committee of The Law Society. Patrick has acted for a number of leading developers in Ireland, as well as receivers, banks, NAMA, and inward investors. He has advised on many planning applications, appeals and judicial reviews, and environmental issues arising on the acquisition, development and disposal of land. He has lectured regularly on property, planning and environmental matters for The Law Society.
